Weird Wednesday
This has been a very strange day for me. It started off absolutely wonderfully. I played in a league match and won ! Woohoo. Even though I’ve been away from tennis for almost 3 months I felt like I did an okay job, today. Afterwards, all of the tennis team went to lunch and we had a wonderful time talking and chatting and eating. Mmmmmm, that salad was delicious.
I’m thinking that maybe because it felt like 102 degrees while we were out playing tennis this morning that I might be a little dehydrated and I just haven’t felt well for the rest of the day. I feel "off". I’m sure PMS has nothing at all to do with that. ughh. Oh, the joys of being a woman.
Ah, just remembered, I’m 40 years and 1 month old today. OMGoodness ! Where has this last month gone ? If time keeps flying by like it has this last month, I’ll be 41 in no time. I’m supposed to be working on developing and becoming the person I’ve always wanted to be in this 2nd half of my life. Hmmmm. It might would help if I knew just exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up. LOL.
One thing that I am sure of I want to get into shape this year. I already know I have a "ball" to attend in the winter where I "get" to dress up for a night. Eeekks. Got to work on these arms, shoulders, triceps, etc etc etc. Pretty much the entirity of my body. hehe. So, tomorrow, I get to start working out with a personal trainer. Woohoo. Me and my bestest friend. We are going to hold each other accountable. It’s going to be a lot of fun. Seriously, I can’t wait.
On an off-topic in my life, my fish is acting weird. I keep waiting to look over and see that sucker floating. wahh. I hope he hangs in there. Maybe he is just depressed because I was gone playing tennis today. lol. Yeap, the dehydration is getting to me. I think I’ll head off to bed before this post gets too much weirder.
