Friday. Yes or no ?
By my title, I am sure that everyone is able to figure out (hopefully) that today is Friday. What I can’t decide is - do I like them or not ? So many people use the phrase "TGIF" and honestly, I wonder why .
I’m sure you all are scratching your heads or saying to yourself "this girl is truly nuts", but I really think I dislike Fridays. lol. Why ? Because if it is Friday, that means it is the start to a hectic weekend. It seems that since the children have gotten older, what used to be "relaxing" weekends are now cram-filled with sports games, crazy birthday parties, Mass, and what ever is left over is "down-time" or "family-time". Yeehaw. So, now that Grandma is gone from spending the day with the children following Grandparent’s Day we get to start off our Saturday at a birthday party and we get to end our Sunday with a - you guessed it - birthday party.
Well, everyone, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and if it is a must that you go to a birthday party I hope you enjoy the cake.
I have one today too!

I’ve always hated Fridays. As long as I could remember… I have always been one of those chumps that had to work weekends. Big deal. Friday. Time for work while the rest of the nation whoops it up!
